This policy covers purchases made directly from FutureMY via our Site (including any cart/checkout pages, if available). If you purchased through a third party, please refer to their return and refund policies.
2. Physical products
2.1 Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
2.2 Non-returnable items
- Perishable goods (if any), personalized items, or gift cards.
- Items marked “final sale.”
- Items not returned in their original condition or received beyond the return window.
2.3 Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund per your preference, subject to stock availability.

- Billing cycles are stated at checkout. You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.
- Where required by law, you may have a cooling-off period. If you access or download digital content during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw may be lost.

- Once we receive and inspect your return (physical items) or confirm eligibility (digital items), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
